Adobe
From Fontlab Wiki
Adobe's legal counsel advises us that an abstract is effectively co-equal with the full EULA. Because the wording in the EULA is crafted to meet legal requirements, an abstract would have the effect of weakening that wording. For that reason, Adobe has no plans to proceed along this path.
What we do instead is to provide a FAQ file online, in the same area as our EULAs (which are also readily viewed online). The other piece of this is that our fonts come with one setting; essentially, any use that does not infringe our copyright is permitted under the standard license fee. We believe that this is what users need.
